1. Access & Usage

RSMinds provides AI-powered research methodology tools and learning content. By using this platform, you agree to use it solely for legitimate academic and research purposes. Automated scraping, data extraction, or unauthorized redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

2. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Account sharing is not permitted. RSMinds uses device fingerprinting and behavioral analysis to detect unauthorized access patterns.

3. Membership & AI Credits

Scholar Membership provides access to premium courses and AI copilots. Mindful AI Power credits are consumed per AI interaction based on task complexity. Unused top-up credits carry over with active membership. Monthly included credits (5,000) reset each billing cycle.

4. Academic Integrity

RSMinds AI tools are designed to assist with research methodology, not to produce research content for submission as your own work. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated suggestions complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All learning content, study design guides, statistical tool references, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of Yogatraya AIResearch LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Termination

RSMinds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: automated access, content scraping, account sharing, or academic misconduct facilitation.
